Jared took the time to listen to what my husband and I were looking for and worked endlessly to find our dream home. He had so much information to offer about the areas and worked with our schedule. Just closed on a house in October working with Weichert, thanks to both Jared and Anthony Garcia. I would recommend this team to assist in the home buying process. Through my initial meeting with Jared, everything was explained to me and he helped to make searching for the right place much easier than trying to do it on your own. Working with Jared was an absolute breeze. He made buying a house feel less stressful than buying a car, was an excellent communicator and really helped us through buying our first home.
I would say Jared’s superpower lies in his connections on Long Island, he grew up here and is very involved in his community. This has helped him develop many relationships in the real estate field, and he knew just about every listing agent on the island.
We ended up going into a bit of a bidding war. I truly feel that without Jared, we would have not had our offer accepted. He is so personable, an excellent negotiator, and was able to support getting our offer approved.
We loved working with Jared so much, that we have insisted our family use him as their agent and he just helped them find their forever home as well.

After experiencing frustration and let downs from other real estate agents, someone recommended Jared. He listed the property on a Thursday, hosted an open house the following weekend, and by Monday, I had my first serious offer.
