Working with Jared was an absolute breeze. He made buying a house feel less stressful than buying a car, was an excellent communicator and really helped us through buying our first home.
I would say Jared’s superpower lies in his connections on Long Island, he grew up here and is very involved in his community. This has helped him develop many relationships in the real estate field, and he knew just about every listing agent on the island.
We ended up going into a bit of a bidding war. I truly feel that without Jared, we would have not had our offer accepted. He is so personable, an excellent negotiator, and was able to support getting our offer approved.
