About Rosh
Who am I professionally?
I’m someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, and that is what drew me to real estate in the first place. To me, real estate is much more personal than simply buying or selling a property. A home can represent a new beginning, financial security, independence, a growing family, or a dream someone has worked toward for years. I want to be the person who helps make that process feel less intimidating and much more human.
My previous experience working in a real estate office gave me an understanding of what happens behind the scenes of a transaction—from listings and paperwork to coordinating with agents, photographers, vendors, and clients. That experience taught me the importance of organization, communication, attention to detail, and following through.
As I build my own career as a Sales Associate, I want my reputation to be based on something simple: people should feel that I genuinely care about what happens to them. I’m naturally outgoing, passionate, opinionated when I believe in something, and not afraid to advocate for people. I want my clients to know they have someone beside them who will communicate honestly, work hard, ask questions, and treat their goals as something important—not just another transaction.
One word for WORK: Driven
What is my personal life like?
Outside of real estate, I’m a very creative and people-oriented person. My faith is a major part of my life and shapes the way I try to treat others—with compassion, honesty, generosity, and purpose. I’m also pursuing my education in nursing, which comes from that same desire to build a meaningful career centered around helping people.
I love documenting life. I’m the person taking pictures and videos because I genuinely love preserving memories. I enjoy journaling, reading the Bible, taking walks, painting when inspiration hits, creating content, spending time with the people I love, and experiencing new places.
I also speak English and Urdu, and coming from a multicultural background has given me an appreciation for different people, families, traditions, and perspectives. I think that carries naturally into real estate because no two clients—and no two definitions of “home”—are exactly alike.
I’m ambitious and have big goals, but I also deeply value family, relationships, faith, memories and the everyday moments that eventually become the parts of life we remember most.
One word for LIVE/PLAY: Passionate
What is my purpose?
My purpose is ultimately to serve people and glorify God through the life and opportunities I’ve been given.
That purpose doesn’t stop with one career. Whether I’m working in real estate, pursuing nursing, creating content, or simply helping someone in my everyday life, I want what I do to have meaning.
In real estate specifically, I want to help people make decisions that can genuinely change their lives. Buying a first home, selling a longtime family home, relocating, investing, or starting over somewhere new can be incredibly emotional experiences. I want to bring both knowledge and humanity into those moments.
Success to me isn’t simply being able to say that I sold a certain number of homes. I want to build financial independence and a successful career, of course, but I also want success to give me the ability to serve more, give more, create opportunities for others, and make an impact beyond myself.
I want people to remember not only what I accomplished, but how I treated them while accomplishing it.
One word for PURPOSE: Faithful
How have I helped others?
Helping people has been a common thread throughout the different things I’ve done.
Working as a Home Health Aide with children with autism taught me patience, empathy, responsibility, and how important it is to meet people where they are rather than expecting everyone to communicate or experience the world the same way.
My administrative experience in real estate also taught me another kind of service. I supported agents and clients through the many details involved in buying, selling, renting, and closing on properties. Even when I wasn’t the person standing at the closing table, I learned how much work and coordination happens behind the scenes to help someone reach that moment.
My faith has also shaped the way I think about helping people. I believe service doesn’t always have to be something enormous or public. Sometimes it is simply listening, encouraging someone, advocating for them, sharing something that gives them hope, or being dependable when they need someone.
That is the same mentality I want to carry into my real estate career: listen first, understand what someone actually needs, and then do everything I reasonably can to help them get there.
One word for HELP: Compassionate
Which neighborhood(s) do you specialize in?
I’m building my business primarily on Long Island and NYC,with a particular familiarity with Nassau County and the surrounding communities. As I grow in the industry, I want to continue expanding my knowledge of different Long Island neighborhoods so I can help clients find an area that truly fits their lifestyle, needs, and goals.
Do you live where you sell, and for how long?
Yes. I live on Long Island in Farmingdale, which gives me a personal connection to the community and the surrounding areas. Rather than only knowing Long Island through listings and market statistics, I experience the area as a resident as well.
What do you like best about the area(s) you live and/or work in?
What I love about here is the balance. You can have suburban neighborhoods, beaches, parks, restaurants, shopping and quieter communities while still having access to New York City. Different towns have completely different personalities, which means there really is something for so many different lifestyles.
What personal information would you like readers to know?
I speak English and Urdu, come from a multicultural background, and faith and family are extremely important to me. I’m also pursuing a nursing education and work in content creation alongside building my career in real estate. I’m ambitious and career-driven, but the reason behind those ambitions is ultimately to build a meaningful life that allows me to serve others.
What are your hobbies?
I love journaling, photography and videography, creating content, reading the Bible, taking walks, traveling and exploring new places, and occasionally painting.
If you have a favorite hobby, what do you like about it?
One of my favorite things is capturing memories through photos and videos. I love being able to look back at ordinary moments that eventually become special memories. I think I naturally notice the little things, and documenting them allows me to hold onto them.
Do you play sports or exercise regularly?
I enjoy going to the gym and taking walks. For me, exercise is as much about feeling stronger and clearing my mind as it is about physical fitness.
What local cause or charity have you worked for? How and why?
Much of my service experience has been personal and professional rather than tied to one specific local charity. I have worked directly with children with autism as a Home Health Aide, providing support and care. Helping others is also deeply connected to my Christian faith, and service is something I want to continue expanding as my career grows.
How long have you been a Sales Associate? How long with your Weichert office?
While I haven’t been a sales associate for long, I’ve worked in the back end for well over a year, helping and taking care of clients before as a customer care representative at a real estate office. I just joined Weichert office and am excited for my journey with them!
In one sentence, what do you like best about being a Sales Associate?
I love that real estate allows me to build genuine relationships with people while helping them make one of the biggest and most meaningful decisions of their lives.
What personality traits make you a good Sales Associate?
I’m outgoing, determined, passionate, personable, organized and persistent. I communicate openly, pay attention to details, and I’m willing to advocate for people rather than simply telling them what they want to hear.
How does your previous work experience help you now?
My previous administrative experience in a real estate office gave me firsthand exposure to listings, MLS preparation, transaction paperwork, coordinating photographers and vendors, business expenses, record keeping, and the buying, selling, rental and closing processes. My logistics experience strengthened my ability to multitask, manage deadlines, solve unexpected problems and stay organized in fast-moving situations. Working as a Home Health Aide strengthened something equally important: my patience, empathy and ability to understand individual needs.
What are your main strengths as a real estate agent?
My strongest qualities are communication, organization, persistence, empathy and my willingness to learn. I’m comfortable talking to people, but I also understand that good communication requires listening. I want to understand what someone actually wants before trying to find a solution for them.
What compliments have you heard most from clients or others?
I would describe the feedback I receive from people as being that I’m personable, passionate, dependable and willing to help. I also tend to take ownership of what I’m working on instead of waiting for someone else to solve the problem.
What do clients appreciate most about you?
I think clients will appreciate that I’m genuine with them. I don’t want someone to feel like they are being “sold” something. I want them to feel comfortable asking questions, expressing concerns and telling me what they actually want. Their decision needs to make sense for their life, not mine.
Give an example of going far out of your way for a customer.
My previous roles consistently required me to stay on top of time-sensitive situations, solve problems as they arose and make sure the people depending on me weren’t left wondering what was happening. However there was once this client who wasn’t very well versed in paperwork and had a hard time filling it so he brought me all of his mortgage application paperwork as he had tried getting help from the mortgage company but they failed to respond. So the client and his family all sat with me and I helped fill their paperwork for them after my office hours. They went away so happy and satisfied.
What is your real estate philosophy/personal message?
Real estate is about people before properties.
A house may be the product involved, but behind every transaction is a person, a family, a goal or a new chapter. My job is to listen, be honest, advocate for my clients and help them make a decision they can feel confident about long after the transaction is finished.
