Its the Dad and 2 sons that work there, and that's it. They gave me payments for each house we looked at. At the end I got a house that I can afford. Which is more than most people over the last 5 years. They actually took the time to teach me about buying my first home, and I never felt like they were like "other agents". Very real people.
